Check In
Our standard operating procedure is that you may check into your cabin after 3 p.m on the day of your arrival.
However, we also understand that this may not be convenient for one reason or another (for example your flight into Spokane arrives early). for this reason we provide some flexibility where we can.
If you would like to check in to your cabin earlier than normal and depending on the room being ready we will welcome you as soon as we can.
Please call us (509) 738-6950 if you think you may need to check in earlier.
Check Out
As with check in, our standard operating procedure is that you must check out of your cabin by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. This is to allow us time to clean and prepare the cabin for incoming guests. We would appreciate your assistance in allowing us time to clean and prepare the cabins to same standards we endeavored to provide you for the other guests.
Again, we understand that sometimes you would like to check out later. In some cases we have had guests staying with us who attended an event which kept them out well into the morning hours.
As a convenience to all our guests we would like to have time to prepare the rooms for the next guests arrival but will do what we can to be flexible when the need occurs.
We thank you for being understanding and helping us accomodate other guests.
