Group Bookings
Blue Moose Cabins has often been the venue for bargain family reunions or retreats. The location and proximity to shopping, the lake, and scenic drives proves to be an advantage to many guests who have had reunions in the area.
The most important thing with group bookings is PLEASE talk to us. We will do everything we can to help you organize your group vacation or event.
Group Booking Policy
Group Discount Rates for reservations of Cabins and other options available will be negotiated on an individual basis based on numbers and options chosen for the same time period.
Deposit - A 50% deposit or card details is due at reservation time. The total balance is due on or before the first arrival day.
- Your Group Coordinator may make a deposit for the entire group reservation or individual group members may make their own deposits.
- Whoever makes the deposit will be responsible for the balance of payment.
- Your accommodations will not be reserved until deposits or card details are received.
Cancellation - Deposits for a Group or group member will be forfeited for cancellation within 60 days of arrival date (if card details were provided the equivalent of the 50% deposit will be charged). Within 60 days, if the number of cabins or room nights is reduced (partial cancellation), the deposit is subject to partial forfeiture. If you book the entire property for exclusive use of your group, your deposit is non-refundable.
Payment - The total balance is due on or before the first arrival day. Whoever made the deposit is responsible for the payment.
- If your Group Coordinator made a deposit for the entire reservation for all cabins, then the Group Coordinator is responsible for paying the entire balance.
- If individual group members made their own deposits, then the individuals are responsible for paying their respective balances.
Additions - Adding units and/or days may be made (subject to availability) at any time with the same rules.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Arrangements for early check-in or late check out must be made in advance. You may be able to use the property before check-in with prior arrangement, please inquire.
Pet Policy – Our standard pet policy will apply. Please let us know if a member of your group will bring their four-legged companion.
Number of Guests - at the time you make your group reservation, please let us know, as best as you can, the number of adults and children that will be in each cabin and other optional requests.
- The invitation of guest that are not staying at Blue Moose Cabins must be arranged with Blue Moose Cabins in advance.
No smoking is allowed in any cabins.
- A $100 fine will be charged for non compliance.
- We expect smokers to dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully and responsibly.
